This Scottish gin has been a long time coming from the Dornoch Distillery, distilled with 10% Organic plumage archer barley, fermented gently and then twice distilled with 90% neutral grain spirit which is then infused with their botanicals. The botanicals used in this gin include juniper, angelica root, cardamom, orange peel, lemon peel, aniseed, meadowsweet, coriander, black peppercorns, elderflower and freeze-dried berries.
This gin works amazingly as a G&T with any premium mixer and garnished with lemon and cracked black pepper.
