This small batch premium gin is made in the British Islands which are just off the Coast of France through the amazing process of vacuum distillation, using just 6 botanicals. These botanicals include juniper, bergamot, pink peppercorns, kaffir, coriander and freesia.
The difference with vacuum distillation and conventional distillation is that by naturally reducing the boiling points Unit Six have managed to extract even the most delicate of flavours from the botanicals for this gin. Each stage of the process is extremely controlled, trialled and engineered solely for the purpose of extracting all these flavours. The result of this process is a unique spirit which is fresh and vibrant.
A balanced and clean gin with a persistent complexity, they recommend a serve with a premium tonic, a slice of lemon and pink peppercorns.
