Distilled by the Manuel Acha Distillery, the oldest company in the Basque Country. Aromatic herbs and spices, along with juniper, are macerated for weeks into five times distilled grain alcohol and is then distilled in a 150 year old copper still. The final formulation is finished with purified water. The result is a transparent blue liquid.
The flavour is juniper heavy, with a sweet and mild taste, and a lingering herbal flavour.
We recommend pairing with Schweppes 1783 with a rosemary garnish.
