When Christian Jensen first tasted the vintage gins from Londons lost distilleries, he began a journey.
He set about creating a gin that honoured these forgotten recipes.
Distilled in small batches, using only traditional gin botanicals.
So, there’s nothing really new about Jensen’s, but that’s what makes it special.
Their Old Tom recipe was taken from a distillers handbook from the 1840’s.
It is a true Old Tom. Unsweetened and earthy, it has a deep flavour that adds complexity to many drinks.
