Quadruple-distilled, Caorunn Scottish Gin is personally crafted by one man – Gin Master, Simon Buley.
It is made using only the finest grain spirit, natural Scottish Water and botanicals, 5 of which are truly Celtic, and hand picked by Simon. Simon then personally crafts each and every bottle.
The botanicals include:
juniper, angelica, cassia, coriander, lemon, orange, rowan berry, blackthorn, hawthorn, water mint, sweet cicely, rose, apple, bilberry, heather and myrtle.
Caorunn is made in 1000 litre batches, and the spirit is vapourised through the world’s only working Copper Berry Chamber. The chamber was built in 1920.
Caorunn, is the Gaelic word for Rowan Berry – a Celtic botanical that forms the very soul of this gin. Infusing a total of eleven botanicals in a unique Copper Berry Chamber, they excellently make use of Scotland’s natural resources and age old botanicals to a mouth-watering effect.
There really is only one way to drink this fantastic gin, and that is with a premium tonic and red apple garnish!
