The Arbikie Highland Estate, is fourth generation family owned, and Iain A Stirling is the Director of Distilling.
Based at a working farm, on the East Coast of Scotland, this estate is profoundly shaped by its’ glorious environment: sea, red sandstone tinted soil, and turbulent weather.
Kirstys Gin is distilled using local botanicals, which are carefully selected by Master Distiller Kirsty Black. Thus the name of the gin.
Kelp, carline thistle and blaeberry represent the local surroundings of this gins’ home.
This gin has strong floral notes, but you will also pick up blueberries, lemon citrus, liquorice, juniper and black pepper on the palate.
This gin is perfect served with blueberries and a lemon twist, with tonic.
