Currently ageing in Cognac Casks, we’ve only 30 bottles, so when it’s gone, it’s gone!

This gin is truly festive and some of the botanicals used are:-

Cassis and brandy soaked woodchips, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, Morello cherries, Granny Smith apples, figs and clementine skins.

Launching on 15th November.
