Chapel Down Pinot Noir

Continuing on the theme from its Bacchus Edition, Chapel Down has created its very own Pinot Noir Gin. It’s made with distilled Pinot Noir grape skins and blended with English wheat spirit. The botanicals include dried red berries, rose buds, coriander, angelica, grains of paradise, citrus, rosehip and juniper.

Our perfect serve is with a premium tonic and a red berry garnish; raspberries are lovely.
