Coming from one of our favourite gin distilleries, Four Pillars, Australia. We have met the team behind the gin on a number of occasions, most recently when they visited Atlas Bar to host a Gin Masterclass in July.
Ask a few of our bar team and they will definitely pick this one out as one of their favourites.
This gin is the result of mixing Four Pillars Dry Gin with Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes. The distillery steeped the grapes in the gin for 8 weeks, then pressed the grapes before blending with even more gin.
The result is one of absolute perfection. You really have to try this one for yourself.
This gin is so good on its own we recommend enjoying simply neat, over ice. No tonic, no garnish needed.
