Kokoro is a London Dry Gin distilled using 8 botanicals. This includes Sansho berries, imported from sustainable sources in the Afan woodland of Nagano, Japan. Sansho berries are hugely popular in Japanese cuisine and include flavours of black pepper and piney citrus.
Enjoy this gin neat over ice or with a fresh, dry tonic water. Garnish with fresh ginger and twist of lemon to really compliment the Japanese inspired flavours of this wonderful gin. This gin also works very well as part of a negroni with half a teaspoon of green tea added for good measure.
