Description
Created at the Cape Byron Distillery, this gin is created in the style of a Sloe Gin but without using any sloes! In fact plums are soaked in gin for months at a time to create this rich treat. Team Atlas enjoy this with Bitter Lemon or a Lemon Tonic. For something a little different, try Ginger Ale.
