Presenting Atlas Bar’s first gin from Israel.

Hyssop is macerated for 48 hours in a base spirit of malted barley, and other botanicals including verbena, coriander, lemon peel, juniper, black pepper, chamomile and cinnamon.

This gives Levantine it’s distinctive flavour profile. It really is fantastic.
